HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Blue Ash

I'm a business traveler from Japan. My hair had grown too long and was out of control, so I showed her a picture of my ideal hair and had it cut. The results exceeded my expectations. The clipper length was carefully adjusted and the approach to my area of concern was delicate. I was able to take it quite relaxed, I think she is a professional.

Lydia has cut my hair twice and she does an amazing job. She takes her time, is detail oriented and also has a great attitude and personality. Will def be going back.

I was just in the Blue Ash location tonight to get my son Jaxsons haircut. I believe the woman who cut his her name was Mosa, her name tag said “assistant manager”. I have never been treated so nasty and felt so disrespected at a sports clips before. This was my first time at this location and I don’t think I will be back because of Mosa. My son is 2 1/2 and still getting used to getting his haircut so obviously He was fidgety and cried, however the way she treated him and myself was as if we were the biggest inconvenience to her and like we should go elsewhere. She made no attempt to calm him down or make him feel comfortable, she did the opposite. She rolled her eyes at him multiple times throughout the haircut and sighed out loud multiple times as well. She is no way should be an assistant manager. I witnessed her talk down to her colleague as well in front of multiple customers. I will not be back to this location and do not think that Mosa should be a stylist there, if she does not want to cut kids hairs then she needs to get a different job. I am hoping she didn’t scar my son so he is this fearful during his next haircut.
